Terms and Conditions of Sale
The majority of the stock we sell is brand new pristine stock with full manufacturer warranty, these items are also covered by a 7 day money back guarantee. In the event that you wish to return the product simply contact us to advise us it is being returned and upon its safe receipt (and provided it is received back in the same condition it was shipped) we will issue a refund less the original shipping and return shipping cost.
In the clearance section of the online shop we may offer GRADED stock for sale if this is the case this will be clearly stated. The explanation what this means and the conditions for purchasing this stock can be found below:
GRADED STOCK (End of Line, A-, B+ and B- and C) stock, the meaning of these grades is as follows:
End of line - Perfect pristine surplus stock usually with full manufacturer warranty.
A- Packaged pristine stock. May have superficial damage to packaging but otherwise perfect.
B+ Superficial signs of use. Complete but may not be in original carton.
B- Either missing some accessories but working, or more visible signs of wear and tear and working.
C Faulty stock needing repair before resale or for use as spares.
We will endeavour to ensure that the stock you buy falls in to the correct category as stated above but the condition of the stock is based on the opinion of the individual and sometimes your opinion may differ from ours, in such circumstances you must accept that obtaining stock at a fraction of the retail price means that you will have to put up with the odd second or faulty item and we will not accept returns on these items.
If you have never dealt with customer returns before we advise you come down to our warehouse and have a look before you buy, as you can get good stock and bad stock.

By placing an order you are confirming that you have read the following terms and conditions of sale and you agree to be bound by them.
1. End of Line / Clearance stock (End of Line & A Grade)
This is surplus end of range stock which is believed to be in good condition. It may suffer from soiled or damaged packaging and normal manufacturing defects.
2. Customer Return Stock (B Grade)
This comprises of merchandise returned by the customer for any reason and which cannot be returned to the original manufacturer. Also included is merchandise which has suffered from accidental damage within a companies distribution system.
This type of merchandise may be cosmetically damaged or it may simply be packaging damage and in the case of B- stock some accessories may be missing. No guarantee as to the breakdown of damage and perfect stock whether expressed or implied by law will attach to any such sale.
3 Faulty (C stock)
This stock must not be offered for re-sale unless repaired by a qualified and competent service engineer. Only trade may purchase this category of stock and it is not available for sale to the general public.
4. All GRADED merchandise is sold without guarantee as to fitness for purpose and on the understanding that the purchaser will ensure that the goods are made safe and serviceable before re-sale. No warranty whether expressed or implied by law will attach to any such sale. It is the perogative of a purchaser to inspect the merchandise offered for sale. Avalon Trading Ltd will assume that such an inspection has been made. Arrangement to inspect can be made with appropriate warehouse staff.
5. THE PURCHASER will indemnify Avalon Trading Ltd from and against any claims whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the re-sale of THE MERCHANDISE by THE PURCHASER
6. No returns will be accepted from the purchaser, and no credit will be allowed for previously undiscovered defects, discrepancies in description or in quoted quantities.
7. No statement made by any person as to the quality or condition of any merchandise on offer is to relied upon for the purpose of making an offer to purchase.
8. It is a standard requirement of supply that all traders adhere to the rules and regulations laid out below.
All ORIGINAL manufactuer Catalogue Numbers or markings must be either crossed out with a permanent marker or obliterated from any and all cartons before re-sale so as not to imply that the item was sold by the original retailer.
9. On no occasion will any catalogue or other promotional literature belonging to any catalogue or high street store be used in connection with the re-sale of any item, or be in view of or be left unattended in a public place where stocks are being sold by the trader or anybody acting on his behalf. There must be no use of the catalogues name or associated companies in any form for any reason in connection with the re-sale of stock.
10. You authorize Avalon Trading Ltd. to keep this agreement on file and apply these policies to all future transactions made between the Company (Avalon Trading Ltd) and yourself.
